One of the originalities of the IIDES-NSC project is based on the ambition to consolidate the training component of a skills network already operational on a scientific level in the partner countries and to improve the practical engineering capacities of students in Côte d'Ivoire. To do this, the training will be practice-oriented, which is developed in collaboration with universities in Germany and Côte d'Ivoire as well as the expertise of several business partners to meet the needs of the labor market in Côte d'Ivoire.

The training will address issues related to the supply of drinking water and electricity in rural areas of Côte d'Ivoire. It is certainly an approach that contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals
(ODD4 access to quality education;
ODD6 access to safe water and sanitation,
ODD9 support the development of national technologies and industrial diversification).
